Where is my tracking info? Please make sure you check your "junk or spam" email box. Every order will automatically email you the tracking info immediately after the label is printed. If you didn't provide an email with your order then please EMAIL me so I can send you the link.
Canadian Customers Please Note: All orders are shipped via US Postal Mail or UPS. Shipping rates are rapidly changing but for 2022-2023 are $42 for Priority (6-8 days), $22 for Economy First Class (2-3 weeks). Please note that customs usually takes at least 2-3 days to process. Express Shipping and UPS 2nd Day Air is available but is not guaranteed to ship immediately after you order. Please contact me prior to selecting Express or 2nd day air. Due to COVID-19 quoted shipping times are completely unreliable. Customer is responsible for all duty and brokerage charges.
US Customers: All US shipments are sent USPS Priority unless otherwise specified. USPS offers great tracking. USPS "Express/Next Day" is available at checkout. UPS Shipping is also available upon request.
International Customers: We ship all international orders (Norway, Sweden, Russia, etc.) Via US Postal and UPS. Shipping charges for 2020-2021 are $41 for Priority (6-8 days), $24 for Economy First Class (2-3 weeks). (depending on customs). Faster shipping times are available for additional cost.

- Xtreme Air Vents LLC, warrants each product it manufactures to be free from defect in material and workmanship for the purpose it was intended. Xtreme Air Vents LLC, shall not be liable for damage or delays caused by defective material or workmanship; it is limited to the repair or replacement, at its factory, of any defective article or part thereof, which may be returned to the factory; transportation charges prepaid, within 60 days after shipping date to original purchaser. Xtreme Air Vents LLC, shall be the sole judge of the existence of any defect in the article so returned. No claim for charges incurred in the removal, disassembly, or reinstallation of such article will be allowed.
- This warranty shall not cover any article which has been misused or neglected or damaged by accident; any article which has been altered outside the Xtreme Air Vents Factory, or the performance of any equipment on or in which any article of the company’s manufacturer is used.
- Xtreme Air Vents LLC shall, in no event, be liable for consequential damage or contingent liability arising out of any total or partial failure to function of any article manufactured by if or of any engine or equipment on or in which it is used. Failure of a user to give notice of claim as to defect claimed under the provisions of this warranty within sixty (60) days of the appearance of such claim shall constitute a waiver by customer of all claims with respect to such goods and equipment.
- No expressed, implied, or statutory warranty other than that herein set forth is made or authorized to be made by the company.
Xreme Air Vents Refund Policy
We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Note: No refunds given for the original shipping cost.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging.
- The Item / Items must include all the templates, fasteners, instructions and decals.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
The following are exempt from refunds:
Colored Vents (other than black). Colored vents (other than black) are custom built vents.

Partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item missing hardware, instructions, templates or decals.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
